This package actually starts about two months before the wedding. It is perfect for the couple who has their wedding all planned out, but wants someone there to oversee all the details and ensure that their special day goes smoothly and worry free. It is easy to become overwhelmed with last minute details and confirmations in the last weeks before your wedding. With this package we will handle all the details of the big day so you can just enjoy the moment. The day of package includes:
Before your big day we will have consultations to discuss details of the event and form a timeline for the day. We will go over vendor lists and we will be able to answer any questions you have or make any suggestions.
Itinerary for Day of Wedding
We will provide an itinerary with a timeline of events to the bridal party and vendors. This will ensure that everyone knows what is going on when and where they need to be.
Once you have selected your ceremony and reception sites we will accompany you there and discuss site details such as layout, design and set-up.
You should not be spending the week before your wedding calling all your vendors, worrying about everyone having everything ready. We will contact all vendors and verify what was ordered and confirm delivery or pick up times for the wedding day.
Payments and Gratuities
We will make sure all gratuities made to vendors at the wedding are carried out.
The rehearsal is a very important step to ensure that everything is all set to go smoothly and everyone in the wedding party knows where they need to be and what they need to do. We will be there to make sure everyone is confident in their role for the big day.
Day of coordination includes 12 hours of service at your event. If you would like additional hours they can be added for $75 an hour. Additionally there will always be a lead planner and assistant for your wedding.
Ceremony Set Up
We will be at the ceremony site early the day of your wedding to oversee that all flowers, decorations, and materials for the ceremony are in place. We will also talk with the officiate, musicians or any other personnel involved in the ceremony to make sure everyone is ready or to answer any questions. We will also be checking in with the bridal party to ensure everyone has everything they need.
Reception Set Up
There are so many details that need to be covered at the reception set up. We will be on site to direct and oversee that your vision comes to life. This includes setting up table numbers, guest book, the gift table, place cards, gift favors, table décor, lighting, decorations and anything else that has been arranged for the reception. We will also make sure that all deliveries are on time and go to the right area.
Day of Management
We will be keeping things running smoothly by adhering to the day of timeline. This ensures all events at the wedding go according to plan and on time. We will make sure all things run efficiently such as cocktail hour, dinner, cake cutting, speeches, special dances, and any other planned detail. We will pack all gifts to the predetermined area where they will be secured. We will be there if any problems or questions arise to keep things going with ease while you remain stress free.
Reception Clean Up
When the reception ends we will retrieve all personal items and décor and secure them to the appropriate area. We will also pack up any leftover food and cake.
During the wedding planning many questions will arise, we will be available for unlimited calls or email throughout the entire planning process. Our job is for you to enjoy your wedding planning experience and most importantly your wedding day. We will do everything we can to ease any stress during this time by answering any questions.
